Dr. Mohammad Al-Banna,
Chief Executive Officer
An entrepreneur by spirit, Founder, Marketing Advisor, and Instructor, Mohammad holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with focus on Marketing and a PhD from Oxford in International Marketing, garnering more than 25 years of hard-core experience in the medical field.
Prior to establishing Innomedics, Al-Banna used to work in leading sales and business development positions for multinational organizations such as US-based ETHICON and ETHICON Endo-surgery, Johnson & Johnson companies.
With his strategic vision, determination and perseverance, Al-Banna launched Innomedics and transformed it from a company with a limited client and vendor portfolio to a prominent organization not only in Jordan but far beyond, representing a wide range of world-class manufacturers across North America, Europe, Far East and MENA. Mohammad relentlessly thrives to find better ways for Innomedics in order to sustain and compete diligently in the market. He believes that an organization will not survive without the right people in the right seats. His dynamic style and leadership allowed him to select dedicated individuals with the ability to carry on the torch, ignite their enthusiasm, and deliver remarkable results year over year.
In his free time Mohammad practices his favorite sports boxing and swimming.
Rana Al-Fased, Finance Director
Spear-heading the Finance Department, Rana is the Financial Manager at Innomedics since 2006 and a mother of three, Al-Fased, graduated from Al-Ahliyya Zarqa University in 2003. She holds a CMA certificate and manages the company’s financial resources and maintains its continuous flow. She’s capable of motivating the team and provide guidance according to business needs. Charged with professionalism and dedication, Al-Fased provides continuous performance reports with high accuracy and loves her work. She enjoys travelling with her family and reading books.
Reem Shalabi, Medical Sales Consultant
Reem has a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Sharjah, she was born and raised in the UAE and she worked in pharmacies and health/life insurance companies before joining INNOMEDICS.
Reem’s passionate at her work, she loves what she does, and she has a steady source of motivation that drives her to do her best always. Her favorite hobby is painting, drawing and handmade crafting.
Inas Yaghi, Interventional Business Unit Team Leader
Working with Innomedics since 2017, Inas finds herself achieving success through meeting new people and delivering life-changing products. It brings her enormous pleasure to be able to empower her colleagues into succeeding by doing the same. She has gained the opportunity to expand her experience by working handson with Gastroenterologists, Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists and Oncologists. Inas’ outgoing personality is what makes her shine.
Sarah Al-Fawaeer, Medical Sales Consultant
Sarah is a Biomedical Engineer who works with critically ill patients in the dialysis and ICU units. Dealing with these units requires great responsibility to enhance patients’ quality of life. Her strength and confidence make her perfect of this position. She constantly spreads positive energy around the office and participates actively and competitively in group activities. She’s a life-loving person and has the power to inspire everyone around her.
Hala Al-Banna, Business Support Officer
Hala is a graduate of Business Administration. She handles all tenders process and makes sure that workflows are running smoothly. She is the heart of the office and consolidates teamwork, supervises and monitors the work of administrative staff, and assists in managing human resources. Learning new skills to support her career and experience is on top of her top priorities. Hala’s favorite sport is Yoga and enjoys meditation and stretching in the morning. She also loves watching movies and hanging out with friends.
Saja Al-Hayek, Senior Supply Chain Officer
Saja is a graduate of Biomedical Engineering from the Hashemite University, she has six years of experience in same field. She is responsible for efficient coordination and management of procurement and inventory functions and all JFDA transactions. She is a powerful force in the workplace, detailed-oriented, organized and has soft skills to negotiate and build relationships with suppliers, customers and team members. In her free time, she likes to embark on new adventures, spending time with friends, watching movies and reading books.
Motasem Jubel, Technical Support
Motasem is our first line of response. He’s been working with Innomedics since 2016, and he is a key success factor at our company. He is responsible for providing support during peripheral and neurovascular catheterizations. His fast and committed response makes him a great asset, especially that he’s available for any type of support the doctors require day and night.
Osama Mousa, Warehouse Manager
Osama graduated from the Royal Medical Service College, School of Pharmacy, in 1994, and he is the manager of medical and pharmaceutical warehouses and devices at Innomedics. He maintains and follows all orders of tenders to deliver for customers safely and in a timely manner. He is passionate to develop his personal skills and is proud to work as part of Innomedics. Osama’s favorite sports is volleyball, and he likes to start his day with a morning run.
